On line with Skype

This morning (Minnesota time), we took advantage of Skype to talk with Will in Niikappu, Hokkaido, Japan.  On Thursday morning at 7:00 in Minnesota it is already 9:00 PM in Japan.  Will is telling us about his day teaching, but Jasper is scanning the front yard for squirrels.

Jasper & the big tree

This big tree trunk is right across the street in Seasons Park.  It came from the water runoff clear project the city has been doing.  Jasper and Dad are saying goodbye to it!

"Do they have trees in Japan?", Jasper wonders.  "I like trees."

I like this ride!

Jasper says, "I would sure like a ride like this one."

The tree guys came and cut down one of my "favorite" trees. 

I think I will pout. Oh, what the heck, I'm over it.  There are lots of other trees.  Today I walked around the whole park and met my friend Callie!  My brother Will is in Japan and I miss him.
